1 Introduction
Welcome to Lucky 99. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Lucky 99 online gaming platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, deposits, withdrawals and any other services available through the platform. 2 Eligibility & Account Registration
To register and use Lucky 99, you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Lucky 99 does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
- You must be registering for personal use only, not on behalf of any third party.
- You must not already hold an existing Lucky 99 account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and contact details.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a Lucky 99 employee.
Lucky 99 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification document. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Your account login credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. Lucky 99 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone.
You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Lucky 99 support immediately.
3 Deposits & Payments
All deposits on Lucky 99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:
- JazzCash — mobile wallet deposit, processed instantly
- Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposit, processed instantly
- Raast — instant bank-to-platform transfer
- Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfer, processing time may vary
- Debit Card — where supported by your issuing bank
- Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile payment services as listed in the deposit section
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of making a deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time. Lucky 99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.
Deposits made by you must come from a payment account in your own name. Lucky 99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a third-party deposit is detected, the deposit may be reversed and the account reviewed.
All PKR deposits go directly to your Lucky 99 account balance. There is no exchange rate and no conversion step. What you deposit is what appears in your balance.
4 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are available to all verified Lucky 99 account holders. To be eligible to withdraw, your account must have completed identity verification. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered on your account.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:
- Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal is processed.
- Any active bonus balance must meet its applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
- Lucky 99 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.
Processing Times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed fastest. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. If your withdrawal has not arrived after 3 business days, contact Lucky 99 support with your transaction reference.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
Lucky 99 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all Lucky 99 bonuses unless otherwise stated:
- Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal of related winnings can be requested.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the individual bonus terms. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from the account.
- Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are listed in the applicable bonus terms.
- Lucky 99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time. If a bonus is cancelled due to a breach of these Terms, any related winnings may be forfeited.
- Bonuses are for entertainment purposes. They do not constitute real money until wagering requirements have been satisfied.
Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including using multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploiting promotions in bad faith — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and related balances.
6 Games & Sports Betting
Lucky 99 offers a range of gaming and betting products including slot games, live casino, fish arcade games, and sports betting covering cricket (including Pakistan Super League and
international T20), football and esports. The following conditions apply to all game and betting activity on the platform:
- All game outcomes on Lucky 99 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are independent, random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
- Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are displayed within individual game information panels. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
- Sports betting odds are set by Lucky 99 and may change at any time before an event begins. Bets placed are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement.
- In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game or betting session, Lucky 99 will use available records to determine the outcome. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to your account balance.
- Lucky 99 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of an error in odds, game settings or system malfunction that materially affects the outcome.
- Maximum bet and win limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game or betting market. These limits exist to ensure fair play for all users.
- Cricket betting markets, including PSL match betting, follow standard sports betting settlement rules. Markets are settled based on official match results. In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, Lucky 99's sports rules for void markets will apply as stated in the sports betting section.
Lucky 99 games are for entertainment. Outcomes are random and past results have no bearing on future spins or match results. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose.
7 Player Conduct
Lucky 99 expects all registered players to use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of balance:
- Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
- Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during identity verification.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games or sports betting markets.
- Attempting to launder money or conduct any other fraudulent financial activity through the platform.
- Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.
- Chargebacks — initiating a payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to Lucky 99 — are treated as a serious breach of these Terms. Any account found to have initiated a chargeback will be suspended and the relevant amount will be deducted from any balance held.
Lucky 99 actively monitors activity on the platform. Where suspicious or irregular activity is detected, we reserve the right to freeze an account pending investigation without prior notice.
8 Responsible Gaming
Lucky 99 is committed to supporting responsible gaming. Online gaming should be an enjoyable activity undertaken within personal limits — a budget you have decided on in advance, for a period of time that does not interfere with your daily responsibilities.
Lucky 99 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:
- Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you deposit into your account.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of time spent playing, so you can take a break and review your activity.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

- Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is detected on or connected to the account.
- The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
- A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
- Lucky 99 is required to do so by applicable law, court order or regulatory instruction.
If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit or withdraw until the investigation is resolved. Lucky 99 will communicate the outcome of any investigation via the contact details registered on the account.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you can contact Lucky 99 support at any time. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your verified payment method, provided there are no outstanding bonus wagering obligations or pending investigations.
11 Changes to These Terms
Lucky 99 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations as a player, Lucky 99 will provide advance notice via the email address registered on your account or via an in-platform notification. If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
